Bill visits Freyja Manor for a Taiwan kink-event marathon: a Dominance by Design workshop with live translation, an outdoor tantric massage demo, a Hunter & Prey dungeon night, and a Body Statue art show inside a love motel. Plus: the night Canadian police crashed Bill's event.
Bill flies into Taiwan and finally records with Freyja in person at Freyja Manor — they unpack three very different events from one packed weekend.
**Dominance by Design workshop.** First time running a workshop with live Mandarin translation. We spin the wheel, dig into dom-by-design vs. dom-by-learning, and end with a tantric massage demo outdoors — coconut oil, jasmine, and a literal lightning storm finale.
**Hunter & Prey, Taitung.** A purpose-built dungeon venue, punishment cards, costumes, open play. Why Taiwan's event culture leans harder into costumes and food spreads than North American kink scenes do.
**Body Statue art show, Taipei.** Held inside a lavish Taiwanese love motel — six rooms of human statues you could touch (or not, depending on the card), then open play afterwards. Bill is now convinced Las Vegas needs love motels.
**Plus a war story.** Bill's Canadian event got six police officers at the door after a drunk attendee phoned in a fake domestic-abuse call. What it taught him about managing expectations as an organizer.
**Next episode:** deeper into tantric massage technique and a Dominance by Design Q&A. Send questions to orgasmexpress@gmail.com (3 S's) or visit FreyjaAcademy.com.

[Freyja 00:00] Hello and welcome back to Orgasm Express.
[Bill 00:05] Orgasm Express, after quite a while. We haven't done an episode in I don't know how long. So for those of you who subscribe and eagerly looking and waiting for the next episode, we're sorry, but we're going to try and get back on track and do more than, um, just one every now and again. Uh, and today Uh, we have a bit of a surprise really, because as you probably were aware that Freyja and I were long distance, but right now we are right next to each other. And where are we? Um, in my house in Taiwan, in Freyja Manor, in a beautiful location where Freyja hosts her wonderful events. And that's really the topic of our podcast today, is some of the events we've been to the events we host, and just some of the stuff that's been happening to us recently, individually and together, because it's been fun whilst I've been here in Taiwan that we've done 3 events together. So, we'll be talking about those as well during this episode.
[Freyja 01:11] Yeah.
[Bill 01:12] So, first things first, let's talk about the episode— sorry, episode? The event that you very kindly asked me to be involved in. So one of the things that we talked about is that kind of using some of my skills, we did an event where I did a talk about design, dominance by design.
[Freyja 01:39] Yes.
[Bill 01:39] And then we did a bit of a Skillshare, which was fun. We spun the wheel.
[Freyja 01:43] Yep.
[Bill 01:44] And then we did a tantric massage demo as well, which was really, really, really cool. So that was what was really, really interesting for me, um, particularly the first part. I've never done an event before where I needed translation.
[Freyja 01:58] It's my first time to do the full translate for like 2 hours.
[Bill 02:04] It was crazy. You know, the flow was really good though because there was probably maybe what, one or two who had good English or decent English.
[Freyja 02:12] Yeah.
[Bill 02:12] And everybody else was pure Mandarin, but the energy was good. You agree?
[Freyja 02:17] Yeah, I agree.
[Bill 02:18] So what was your favorite part of that?
[Freyja 02:21] Oh, I think that for the talk, um, I think people really enjoy that. And because it's the amount of people attending, it's really good. It's not too much people, and we can make a circle. Uh, like maybe 20-ish. And we can have on the screen and talk, and people can raise their hands, and we share each other's experience and ask for question.
[Bill 02:52] It was— yeah, I think it was really good because the, the main topic of the talk is what type of dominant you are. Are you dominant by design or dominant by learning? And most are both, you know, but you might have it. But it was really interesting in the room, we did have people who were natural dominants and were happy to put their hand up and say so. And but also the topic also equated to submissive too. There was lots of things that you could substitute dominant with submissive on, and there was also lots of conversations about the differences between being a top and a bottom over being a dominant and a submissive. So that was really, really cool to see people asking those questions.
[Freyja 03:32] Yes.
[Bill 03:33] Yeah. So what was your thought in— when we were doing the, the translation, how much were you adding in of your own experiences in that to help do the translation? Because it's really, really interesting.
[Freyja 03:49] Um, I think I probably like 98% is just translate.
[Bill 03:55] Yeah.
[Freyja 03:56] Yes. I didn't put, um, some of my experience or things to share, even though I want But, uh, some— sometimes I use the, like, local slang or Mandarin experience, or that most suit adopt that, the idea or knowledge we already have.
[Bill 04:18] Yeah, that's really difficult because I, I already have that with coming from the UK, going to Canada. The phrases I use and the terms I use are different, and then I have to come here and it's different again.
[Freyja 04:30] Yes.
[Bill 04:30] Yeah. Cool. Now, when we did that, it was really, really good idea to actually have that session first, and we all did questions and answers. And I think the size of the group, as you said, was perfect because everybody got to ask questions. Yeah. And it didn't feel like an audience where people sat back and said nothing.
[Freyja 04:50] Yeah.
[Bill 04:51] Lots of people took notes too, which is really, really cool. Yeah. And then for Juke, if you can add to that for the weekend, like, the, the whole experience, that some came just for the event and some came for longer. Can you talk about that and the space you have here in regards to the camping and so on and so on?
[Freyja 05:08] Say it again. So yeah, some people are just attending for the course, the Dominant by Design. Yeah, just to learn to do knowing as your own power.
[Bill 05:19] Yeah.
[Freyja 05:20] Yes. And most of them are attending the Spinner Wheel section.
[Bill 05:26] Yeah.
[Freyja 05:26] And tantric demo. Yeah, massage demo. Some come from the massage demo, and but they are still enjoying to learn more, study more about the dominance part.
[Bill 05:41] So your space— and your space here allow people to come and spend the night in camp? Yeah, it's beautiful.
[Freyja 05:48] Yes. And people can choose to come here on Friday be just— they don't need to be rushed on Saturday because the event started at like 1 PM in the afternoon and it's a full day event, like nearly 10 hours event. Yeah, so we give people a lot of time, can know each other and talk. And after the talk, and they have opportunity to, uh, exchange the idea or asking question individually. And we have interact time and then have the different event have different type or different settings. For this event, we are having the— in the night we do the massage. So I'm like— Bill is joking that I'm draining you.
[Bill 06:42] Yes.
[Freyja 06:43] All your skills, share. Give me all.
[Bill 06:48] That was really interesting because I love the fact as well that the first part was— and the whole of the whole location and the whole event was clothing optional. So you could be naked or you could be clothed or anything in between. And so for the first part, I think I was wearing like shorts and a t-shirt, and there was other people naked, other people in, you know, underwear or lingerie or naked as well. So it was pretty cool. But then later on when we did the other demos. And this is where it switched because we had another one of Freyja's friends be the translator, because then Freyja was on the massage table having the tantric massage. Um, and then, um, that person did a great job doing the, the translation as well. And you got to be touched for a long period of time. Was it at least an hour we did the massage for?
[Freyja 07:42] I think an hour and a half.
[Bill 07:43] Hour and a half. Oh, with the translation. And then there was some crazy things, and it was good because I got to be naked too and do it naked with you, um, but under the tree, under the trees, and outdoor, outdoors.
[Freyja 07:55] And then it's a coconut oil.
[Bill 07:57] Oh yeah, the coconut oil we bought in the store— you see, if you're from Canada or other parts of the world where it's cooler, coconut oil in the store is white, but the minute we got outside, because it's so warm here, it went straight clear. I didn't need to heat it up or anything. It was just— I could just pour it out of the jar, um, But the cool thing as well is that as the evening went on, the weather was changing. And at one stage, while Freyja was on her back, she could see the lightning and there was a big thunder, and then there was big bits of wind coming through. And luckily that was right at the end as I was giving her lots of orgasms. So, so it's like the earth was shaking as she was shaking. So it was really, really cool. Um, but I really, really, really enjoyed that. And then We had two other events that we went to, um, while we were here, which was this previous weekend. It was a busy weekend. We did, uh, uh, in what city were we for the first one?
[Freyja 08:58] The Taitung.
[Bill 08:59] Yeah. Um, and it was a private event that was hosted by my friends. Yeah, it was.
[Freyja 09:05] And they were renting my friend's venue.
[Bill 09:07] Yeah, which is really, really cool. I, I'd love— I love purpose-built venues like that, all soundproofed and everything. Albeit they complained that you were screaming at one stage, that we could have heard you down by McDonald's, which was my fault because I was making her scream lots at the end. But that event was— it was Hunter and Prey.
[Freyja 09:30] Yeah.
[Bill 09:31] So do you want to talk a bit about that, about how that worked?
[Freyja 09:36] It's have— I think for this event is they have a greeting time and they have gaming time. The game is they designed for the hunter and prey, that hunter need to catch the prey. And I— my costume is tiger that day. Yeah. And then, and in the end of the game, you need to be punished if can't reach the certain goal and you need to get the car. So for punishment, and each dom will punish, or each top will punish you if you're not doing good on that one. And then they have the record for the final result, and you need to find each top to apply, to beg them to do the punishment on you.
[Bill 10:31] Well, it was interesting as well because part of the game was you had to find cards around this dark space that the prey did as the hunters were hunting them. And then each one was— it could be like, 2 spanks or electric shock, or there was tickles. There was lots of different punishments. And then other ones you could find that would take time off of that or take punishment away, like a minus credit, if you like. And then you could plead with the with the captor, the hunter who caught you, to, "I'll do this for you if you take this card away from me." Yeah. So it took me a while to get the rules down. I think partly as well because it was obviously Mandarin-English translation. But I got it in the end, and it was pretty cool. And then there was— so what was all the punishments? Can we remember them all? There was like spanking or impact play. It was electric.
[Freyja 11:33] Yeah, and tickle.
[Bill 11:34] And tickle.
[Freyja 11:36] And the restraint with forced orgasm.
[Bill 11:40] Restraint with forced orgasm. Yeah. And there was a couple of others I can't remember.
[Freyja 11:44] And the private torture.
[Bill 11:46] Oh yeah, oh yeah, yeah, there was private torture. So basically, and step on someone, and stepping. Yeah, yeah, something pretty cool. And then, and then what, what happened was that the— they drew the— drew cards, the, the prey drew cards and then they, uh, could then out of the cards pick which hunter would apply which punishment at the end. So that was pretty cool. And then there was open play after that where we could just play and we had some fun.
[Freyja 12:14] Yeah, for that venue they have different gear, like kinky dungeon gear there.
[Bill 12:20] It was a very well-equipped dungeon. There was lots and lots of stuff there that you could— particularly restraint equipment that you could, you know, tie people up to. It was very, very cool. And what I didn't mention as well, which is interesting for some events, that this event we arrived and I've discovered in this country that food is very important. So there was full food when we arrived. So we had like literally there was, you know, everything from the iced tea right through to the food, the bread, cocktail. That was really, really, really nicely done. Um, and then, and then we brought bedding to sleep.
[Freyja 13:01] Yes.
[Bill 13:02] And then we got up the next morning and then come and drove to the next event.
[Freyja 13:07] Yes. And that event have breakfast, I think. I guess it's 70% of event in Taiwan, they all serve food.
[Bill 13:16] Yeah. And, and what was it like?
[Freyja 13:17] Buffet.
[Bill 13:18] Yeah. And what was interesting too as well, that you'll find that you dressed up, a few dressed up but I find particularly in, in the Canadian and American, North American events I go to, most people dress up. Uh, it seems to be part of the deal where you come in costume, where I found that that wasn't the case, which is cool because, hey, it was like you show up for the experience, for not for what you look like, but it was, it was different. So I brought a lot of clothes for me to wear kink-wise And I wore a kilt, um, mainly because it was easy access to certain parts of me. But it was also cool that I brought a lot of kink gear that I haven't worn, I haven't used, um, because the events didn't really need it or you didn't have to. So I thought that was interesting takeaway of some differences too between, you know, different countries and how they do events.
[Freyja 14:16] Yeah.
[Bill 14:17] So when we got from that first event, uh, and we had the breakfast as well, which is cool, and then we had to drive back north to Taipei, to Taipei, to the second event, which was completely different. Um, but I think first of all, we talked about the event space at the first event that was hired specifically for the event from— and it was a private one, was it? Yeah, private. You could tell it was like, um, upstairs above a shop, um, all soundproofed, uh, painted. It was really, really great space, um, big wide open rooms, lots of cool space. When we went to the second venue, um, how would you describe them, like the love motels? Is that a best way of putting it?
[Freyja 15:07] I think you can share that, the motel experience you had in the last week.
[Bill 15:13] Yeah, so, so as we were touring around, um, Freyja was very great. We planned a lot of things and we had to dodge the weather a bit.
[Freyja 15:22] The first week here was spectacular weather then, because I'm the nice tour guide, beautiful tour guide.
[Bill 15:28] And that's an in-joke, a bit of an in-joke. Um, so we, we ended up then doing a lot of touring around and we dodged the weather a little bit. But we saw some fantastic places, and then we decided in Taipei to stay in this motel. And an idea of a motel in North America is typically maybe the bottom end of the hotel chain. You may park your car outside. And we've stayed in motels in North America, and they have been the bottom end of the pick. It's not been the nicest room or the nicest space or the nicest part of town. Well, this place was really nice and we drove up, it was like a tower and it's like, well, where the cars park? And I couldn't work out. And then we drove in, checked in, and then we drove into the building and we drove into a garage that was exclusively had the number of the room on it. And we drove in, we went up in our private elevator to an absolutely stunning room, enormous. And the price compared to North American pricing, you were getting 4 or 5 times the space with all the play in it as well. So what were some of the stuff in the room? We had, we had the massive bed, uh, uh, several sofas, several sofas, and really big, like, 3-person bathtub. 3-person bathtub, massive bathtub, and the steam room with a TV in it.
[Freyja 16:53] So yes, and the jacuzzi, the jet.
[Bill 16:56] Yeah, and there was porn everywhere on the TV, and you could actually— they have the bubbles Oh yeah, yeah, everything. They had the bath bombs, they had condoms and lube everywhere. Uh, it's not everywhere, not everywhere, but you can— and you could even also buy like sex toys. I'm thinking, this is super cool. And it— but it wasn't a tantric. Yeah, but it was— but it was beautiful. It was all like marble and stone, beautiful decor, clean, like really fancy. If you were thinking an upgrade in a really nice hotel this is what this was like for the price of probably a motel you would pay in North America. Unbelievable. But so this is— we spent the night there as part of our touring around, but that— oh well, we did a second night as well at a different place. Yeah, uh, which was, which is similar, but we could talk into that later. But we end up going back to the same hotel to a different room that was hired by, uh, the event organizer for this, the second event. Which was unbelievable. The space was enormous, and it was almost like you could have held a private party for easily 50-80 people there. Amazing. There was a bedroom, a second bedroom, a huge sitting area with karaoke, a separate room with a stage with more karaoke, an area where you could have drinks and almost like a smoking area, but I don't know if they allowed smoking in the building. But you get the idea, it was huge, huge rooms. And then, so this event was— I think, what was the name of the event again?
[Freyja 18:40] Was it, um, Body Statue?
[Bill 18:44] Yeah, like human art show, something like that. Yeah, so this was a different sort of layout where, um, you attend and people volunteered to be human statues, um, mostly naked. Some were not. Um, it was a little chilly. The air conditioning could have been turned down.
[Freyja 19:05] Um, it's broke. It's setting for a certain degree.
[Bill 19:08] Oh yeah, it was a little cold in there for that, for the people who were naked. And then, uh, and then Freyja was a, a model too. And, uh, and the whole idea with this is it was— there was a theme which was great. There was a backstory about the statues and that with energy and connection, you could bring them back to life. So the whole idea then was that you would go around, obviously with their rules, and every statue had their rules of what you could touch and what you couldn't touch and what you could do and what you could not do. And it was male and female as well. And you were allowed to go around in a group and you were guided around by almost like a museum curator, yeah, who would then talk about the statues, and then you could touch them and look at them. And it was pretty cool. It was pretty cool.
[Freyja 20:02] You can spank them as well.
[Bill 20:03] Yeah, yes, spank them as well. Um, and then, and then after that, they did a little catwalk show, and we all said thank you very much.
[Freyja 20:11] Yeah.
[Bill 20:12] And then it was really open play session, and then lots of people stayed and played. Um, we played quite a bit. Yeah. Um, but yeah, it was really, really, really cool. And but there's just being aware of those sort of spaces, and I think that concept of that type of motel, I can see it being successful in somewhere like Las Vegas, or— but it's something I think that would really, really work elsewhere in the world. It's a shame we don't have those type of motels that you can rent by the— a few hours at a time. Is that correct?
[Freyja 20:47] Yes. And you can rent for 3 hours, 12 hours, or whole day overnight.
[Bill 20:53] Oh wow. So if you just want to have an event or you just want to have some fun with a friend.
[Freyja 20:58] Yeah.
[Bill 20:59] Oh wow.
[Freyja 21:00] And some of them even have the, like, a swimming pool and the water slide.
[Bill 21:06] What? That's crazy. I think what I'd like to see more of that. I'm definitely coming back here again. Um, we haven't decided when yet, but it's, it's, it's definitely worth exploring that more. And I was really, really happy with the way the scenes went and the events went.
[Freyja 21:24] Yep. So that's time for the same organizer for the body show event, and he organized the other event in the motel, two different motel. And he is a hunting event too. Oh, you need to catch Yes, you need to catch people. Oh, they have two parts. The first part, you play the water gun and they put— we need to put the lotion on our nipples. Don't care about the gender. So everyone need to rub each person's nipples by lotion and use the water gun to shoot that down. If you're both nipples without the lotion, the white cream, and you need to be punishment.
[Bill 22:12] Oh, it's just like—
[Freyja 22:14] and like he separate us to two different team. Yeah. And who nipples showing more, whose team lose.
[Bill 22:24] Oh, so it's team game.
[Freyja 22:25] Oh, that's cool. And the second part is we need to use the blindfold in the swimming pool and catch the person in like, I think, 5 minutes. And you need to kind of swim or walk and people have water guns in their hands and you're blindfold and you need to find a person and they have the water gun on their hands.
[Bill 22:51] Wow.
[Freyja 22:52] And by the time I was twist my ankle and I'm being the ghost, you need to catch the people. People laughing. It's like, what?
[Bill 23:04] We're both suffering a bit from twisted ankles right now. It's quite funny because—
[Freyja 23:08] well, not funny, but mine's right and yours is left, and we twist at the same day.
[Bill 23:13] Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So which is quite a while ago. We're still healing, but we still had tons of fun. Now with those events, uh, and it was just like a snapshot of the ones, uh, that were happening while I was here, but they were very different But what I did like as well, and again, you find this as well at other events, the first event was much more private. There were many more people who knew each other well, and also, therefore, there was not as much what I would call open play—people openly playing with each other—which is great because I got to see people who knew each other well play together. And you got to see maybe a little bit more— I wouldn't say extreme, but, you know, a deeper connection. Each top and bottom, or submissive and dominant, knew what each other's limits were, and you could see them taking them to those limits. Um, whereas the second event seemed to be a bit more open. And even though a lot of people— some people came as couples, there was a lot more open play, uh, there was a lot more people playing with each other willingly and just saying, hey, would you like to do this? Or like, all of a sudden I would see, you know, one girl playing one guy, and then 10 minutes later she was playing with another guy. Yeah, you know, which is pretty cool. So I quite like that, uh, both dynamics to be able to be seen, because that's not dissimilar to anywhere else. You'll find some events where couples will come. Yeah. And they come for the event, the event experience, and not to play with anybody else. They just want to have a space to be themselves. Yeah, which is really cool. So, um, you've got other events coming up. So what other events have you got happening after I go? Oh, I know we've been trying not to have that conversation about when I leave, but it's fairly soon. But, um, so what other events do you have coming up?
[Freyja 25:13] Oh, I have the new camping nude camp. Yeah, for this weekend. And for in 2 weeks, and we will have another couples event. Oh, nice. Only? Yes, couples only. And you can bring your trusted single man to join.
[Bill 25:33] Uh, the trusted single man, that's always trying to get into that list is always, uh, difficult for, for some people.
[Freyja 25:39] But, uh, very, very cool. Now, and then on the December, we will have the Among Us You know the game? Oh yes, we are playing the live Among Us games. Live Among Us game?
[Bill 25:54] Yeah. Oh cool. And how many people are coming for that? I haven't known yet. People still sign up. Okay. Yeah. How many people do you expect?
[Freyja 26:05] Uh, I think 20-ish. That's a nice number. Yeah.
[Bill 26:10] Yeah, I think a lot of the events we went to, I think that kind of 20 to 30 was a sweet spot. I think the first event was same thing, 20 to 25. Yeah. And then the second event, maybe a bit bigger because the space was a bit bigger, then maybe closer to 40. Yes. Yeah, yeah, because the space allowed for it. You could, you know, if you had less than 40 there, that space would feel empty. Yes. Yeah, so cool.
[Freyja 26:34] Yeah. And we have another, the, um, DMD event on January and February. I forgot what kind of event, but we have another event on March. It's a Nerf gun.
[Bill 26:50] Oh, the gunshot. Yeah, yes, the Nerf gun. The Nerf guns. You're gonna hunt in this, in, in your big space?
[Freyja 26:57] Yes, that would be awesome.
[Bill 26:59] Daytime or nighttime?
[Freyja 27:01] Oh, we haven't decided yet. It's still far, it's March.
[Bill 27:05] Well, the thing is as well, what's the weather like here in March? Is it Is it hot? Is it cold?
[Freyja 27:09] Um, pretty much like now, I guess. Okay, it's just cold for most— chilly for most of the time.
[Bill 27:18] I'm looking at the, the thermostat here, and we've got the water windows open, and chilly for Freyja Manor is 25 degrees Celsius. So for you in Fahrenheit, that's about 75, 76. Not— I wouldn't call that chilly. I'm in shorts and a t-shirt. I'd be probably be naked running around anyway. But, uh, yeah, that's, that's, that's cool. But yeah, I mean, I think the first week I was here, it was, it was a lot hotter. It was in the 30s, wasn't it? Yeah, up into the 90s for the fact— for the people in Fahrenheit.
[Freyja 27:48] Yeah. So, um, and we have the typhoon kisses.
[Bill 27:53] Yeah, yeah, we, we, we got kissed by, uh, the typhoon. Um, the Philippines got hit with it more. Um, but it did allow— it did create quite a lot of wind and rain, and we had quite a bit of fun when we were out before the events, getting blasted, sandblasted by the— we went to the ocean and yeah, the wind and the rain, it was lots of fun. It was lots and lots of fun. And then continuing with our events conversation, we were talking about your events happening, and of course, I have events happening as well. Before I, before I came and after I go back. And I'd like to talk about one particular event that happened a little while ago. And for those of you who know me, I have, um, I do my education through Crescent Walk Academy, but also I do events and fantasy fulfillment, um, mainly through FetLife. And one of the, um, events that, uh I ran basically, I had a friend of mine who was doing a well-established event and, um, decided for many reasons that he needed to step back and not be the leader of the event, and he asked me to take over. So I've been involved in this now for probably the last 6, 7 months. Um, sounds about right, 6, 7 months, kind of. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think I started off by just observing and watching how it happened, and, and this event is um, more of a public event. You can register online. You do get vetted to attend, um, try to get the right sort of people to attend. And the event is basically a, um, I would call it a kink community sex event, um, and it's more aligned with, um, you know, basically gender fluid, trans, crossdresser, sissy, bi. Not really layered towards straight guys. And it's become very, very successful. Same sort of event where we mentioned the numbers, 30 to 40 people show up. We have a space that we rent that is purpose— I won't say purpose-built, but tailored to the event. And like any event, and it's a really good reminder for everybody who attends to an event, is to go to an event with almost no expectation. Yes, you're not guaranteed to have a scene, you're not guaranteed to have sex, you're not guaranteed to do anything. The event providers are providing a space for you to enjoy and explore, and then, you know, and there's no guarantees. It could be because there's nobody there for you, or it could be because, hey, this— you don't feel it, and that's fine. So I had an event about 2 months ago where, um, This one guy turned up late. Drunk. Uh, yeah, I would say on the edge of drunk, and then he continued drinking. He paid, uh, his fee, and, uh, and then we realized as well that he was also maybe taking some drugs as well. And he was quite aggressive to lots of people, not just me. Um, and particularly because he arrived late in the evening, there was not as much going on happening. In this particular event. Sometimes all the, all the events, all the action is happening right at the end of the event. We have to tell people, shut it down, we have to like, you know, leave soon. But this event, more of the stuff happened early, so he felt unfulfilled and he kept on demanding his money back. And I said, well, the money is not guaranteed for you to play, it's to attend, and it helps pay for the event. And anyway, so right at the end of the event, he came up to me and says, I don't want to have to threaten you now, but I want my money back. And I again said, well, no, that's not the reason. He leaves. And within 5 minutes, maybe within 8 minutes, the police arrive. This is like— I don't know if this has ever happened to anybody before. It's never happened to me. And I've been arranging events forever. that the police show up. And the police show up because it's obvious this person had called them in, and he called them in on the fact that it was, um, a domestic abuse call. So he rang in saying he could hear like a partner beating another partner, right? That there was somebody was in danger. So of course not one person policeman turns up, but 6 turn up in 3 cars. And luckily for us, there was maybe only 10 people left at the event, but everybody got checked and we did nothing wrong, nothing illegal. You know, once the police found out that nobody was being hurt, well, at least without consent. But it's really, really weird that, you know, somebody would go to that extreme to call the cops and call the police on you. Now, they are now aware that it was a false call, so if it happens again, they'll be aware. And I made a note of speaking to them about that. But it's a really good reminder that when you go to an event and when you set up an event, or if you read through what's required for the event, it doesn't guarantee you're gonna get all of that experience. You agree? Mm-hmm. Yeah. So have you had anything similar happen or people get upset with you? Or maybe even in feedback when they send you feedback, do you get any upset people?
[Freyja 33:29] Oh, nothing like this aggressive. Yeah, but sometimes the feedback, because after event we normally will have the feedback form. Yeah, that people can fill up, and some people will say, oh, there's too many rules and restricts too much. The rules can't— I, I don't feel like that, and like, what, what? Yes, it's okay. Just don't show up next time.
[Bill 33:56] And the rules are there for a reason, aren't they? Yeah. And you think— do you think that your rules have grown? Your rules have— I want to say grown, maybe developed, matured over the period of time so that they're— you, from it, from the experiences you've had with people coming to the events. Yeah. That you've needed to maybe add an extra rule or, or take away some rules. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I agree. It's, it's, it's, um, It definitely is organic. You need to be considerate. Um, it's like that same event that I host, I host monthly and through FetLife, and people have to apply. And I think now what I have to do is not so much in the rules but in the description of the event, put who it's targeted at. Because the last event I had 75 to 80 guys apply who it was not targeted to, and the time and effort it takes to go through all of that, to vet all those people and make sure that they are, they can come or that they can't come. And most of them could not because they hadn't taken the time to read the rules and read the guidelines. Yeah.
[Freyja 35:02] Like my events, like we used to forbid people to smoking in the venue. Okay. Even in outdoor, just no smoking. That's fair. Yes, because people attending here just won't relax and I hate the smoking smell. As well. I agree. And so we don't allow people smoking in here and smoking cigarette. Then lots of, lots of people want to smoke. Oh, it should be callback to our first event. We allow people to smoke even if, if the people's not like being bothered. Yeah. And they toast the cigarette everywhere. Yeah, even in the campfire, but it can't be burned. Yeah, in there. Or depends on the fire, like big campfire or small one.
[Bill 35:54] Just we need to pick up every cigarette, cigarette butts. Yeah, horrible.
[Freyja 35:58] Yeah, so then we forbid everyone to smoke. Yeah, then lots of people like say please, like we were being good behave or something. And for recently we lose our rules that people can smoke in a certain area and bring their cigarette butts home.
[Bill 36:21] Yeah, or put them in a certain spot so you can get rid of them.
[Freyja 36:24] No, no, I, I need them to— because we have a lot of tree and grass. Yeah. So if they put in certain area and we are not noticed, maybe it's cause fire or something.
[Bill 36:36] Yeah, yeah, you should, which is fair. It's a bit like, like most events, you know, clean up after yourselves, you know. It's like any sort of campfire, you go camping, please take your garbage home. Yeah, you know, I find as well that's, that's very well respected in most places is also perfumes and fragrances. Um, I know for myself, which is, it's become quite funny because Freyja will tease me about lavender. Uh, lavender and I do not love each other, gives me a headache instantly. Um, so imagine somebody comes along who's, that's their favorite fragrance and they wear it to make themselves feel great, and then I'm being sick in the corner. So that's also another, another great one. But it's a good reminder, I think, right across the board to have that idea of, hey, you know, the rules are there for a reason, and the rules may be different even for the same organizer at different events. Like, I know that the events we went to this last weekend, we're dealing with also the venue's own rules. Sometimes if you're renting a venue, they're going to have their own rules that you may go, why the hell is this rule? Because it's the venue's rule. You know, if they're being allowed to use the space, then you have to respect those rules. Because in many cases, um, it could lead to a lot of money, you know, if you break the rules for a venue. Um, anybody who rents a hotel room typically has to pay extra for damages that they get back afterwards. Just imagine the same thing for a kink event where you've got 40, 50 people running around. Imagine if they do something wrong, it could cost the event organizer a lot of money. Yeah. Yeah. So with the events that you've got coming up, um, and then the events I've got coming up— I've got some really cool ones as well with Fantasy Fulfillment, which are private ones— um, there's one of the things that we're going to talk about is we're going to try and do a couple of episodes while we're together, um, and, um, we're going to talk about some deeper experiences on our next podcast, um, But again, going back to the beginning of the podcast and saying thank you so much to everybody who has stuck with us, right? And waited. And who are we going to give a personal shout out to? Yes, you. So, well, we've got one person in particular who we're going to give a shout out to. Yeah. So, which is Lea. And they were at an event and they were— very, very— I wouldn't say disappointed with us, they were excited to say like, I keep on checking, when are you going to do another podcast? So this is a personal shout out to you, uh, just to say hi. Um, and then we had some fun, not with them but in the presence of them. Um, and it was very nice because then we went for dinner afterwards as well, which is very nice. Um, so thank you for being a, a loyal subscriber, and to many others out there, the same. We look forward to doing, getting back in the saddle, as it were, and doing more and more and more. And we have at least one other to do while I'm here. And then we've got to get better at doing the distance thing again.
[Freyja 39:47] Yeah, sometimes the time zone difference is very killing us.
[Bill 39:51] We are. And I also have a much more appreciation of sometimes when Freyja says, "Oh, I want to get you during your lunch break and call you at lunch." And for her, that means it's 3 AM. So, and then I think one of the nights I was up at 3 AM and I was exhausted and tired and really wanted to go to sleep because, oh, this is the normal time I call you. I was like, really?
[Freyja 40:16] Yes. And we're easy, talk to 1, so there won't be 4 AM for me.
[Bill 40:21] Yeah, yeah. So we have to get back. And then I've, I've noticed as well here that I'm looking at my timing of, of where I'm from, you know, obviously speaking to maybe family members or whatever at a distance. And yeah, we have to get better at that and then get better at doing a schedule so that we can keep up and get back onto the Orgasm Express much more regularly.
[Freyja 40:44] Yes, we can show people how to be orgasm.
[Bill 40:47] Well, that's interesting because that leads very, very nicely on to our next episode. Uh, there was lots of things we didn't talk about in detail about the events, some of which we want to dive deeper into on the next episode in particular. Freyja Manor mentioned all the questions we got asked after the Dominance by Design and also the tantric massage. We had lots of people ask us lots of questions, and it was— we're going to talk a little bit more depth about that, some deeper education, sexual, sensual energy, and lots of things around that, um, that you can then take home and practice. You know, which would be lots of fun.
[Freyja 41:32] Yeah. So for the listener, our audience, that if you have any questions, welcome to send us the email to ask for the question. Maybe we can talk on the podcast.
[Bill 41:43] That'd be great. We're always open to questions and anything you have in regards to feedback, anything like as Freyja mentioned, a feedback form. We're open to any suggestions and we look forward to bringing you more episodes in the future.
[Freyja 41:58] Yeah, so our email is Orgasm Express with 3 S in the end. Yes. And I have my own website now, it's called Freyja Academy. As you can search on the internet, it's Freyja Academy, just no dash, no space, and dot com.
[Bill 42:20] Nice. And then for my core one as well is crescentrockacademy.com. Um, It's mainly built— if you go to the front page, maybe it doesn't look as great as it should. I need to do better. Mine's better. Yeah, I know. That's why I'm saying it, because I know Freyja's is better. And then she leads by example for me in lots of different ways. And there's lots of things that she inspires me to be better at, which is probably a beautiful way to wrap this episode up.
[Freyja 42:50] Yes.
[Bill 42:52] Bill here, and from Freyja Manor. So, um, thank you and goodbye, and then until next time. Okay, see you soon. Bye for now.
